I knew all along that the state apparatus in Paraguay could be better, the latest figures from one of the largest newspapers in Paraguay, however, are taken really frightening:
Paraguay extremely inefficient state apparatus. - The Paraguayan government is one of the ineffektivsten of the Latin American continent. In a ranking of 100 points were Paraguayan government employees only an average of 12 points. Thus, Paraguay is one of the three Latin American countries, the state apparatus has the greatest inefficiency. As a remark in this regard rumored that the state employees of the Paraguayan government are concerned mainly to defend their salaries and their own interests. Achievements in the field of Paraguay received only 16 of 100 points. The report was prepared by the Inter-American Development Bank.
